CoWork Create is currently a community of creatives in the Houston, Texas area but will ultimately become a coworking space designed for content curators. Filled with rentable studio space, editing softwares, cameras, microphones and SD cards- CoWork Create wants to empower content curators in the Houston area to consistently be equipped with what they need to be successful, on a budget.

GRATEFUL & COMPANY
We're on mission to end suicide through radical gratitude. Born out of the loss of Caroline's father to suicide when she was a little girl, a fierce passion to empower people to believe in their self worth and the value they bring to the world started in Caroline's heart. Now on mission to start more mental health conversations and to empower real change on college campuses, Grateful & Company conducts suicide prevention presentations, speaks publicly to companies and schools about the power of gratitude, and designs and sells "vessels" of gratitude- think thank you cards, apparel, gratitude journals, etc.
SOUTHWEST UTILITY SOLUTIONS
Revolutionizing how the multifamily industry does business is Southwest Utility Solutions does business. A full scale water conservation, utility billing and data analytics company- this gig brings insane value to multifamily community owners and investors. Founded by Caroline's mentor, she now assists in continued product and service development, market entry, and scalability.
